Size guide for tool boards

Are you unsure about the size of your pegboard?

We offer two easy ways to find the correct measurements for your new hangers:

1. Order our pegboard test kit. This allows you to physically try out different sizes at home in your own workshop to find the perfect fit.
   (Note: The test kit is only for boards with square holes).

2. Follow our easy size guide below to quickly measure your board correctly.

1. Hole Size & Shape

Start by looking at the holes in your board. What do they look like?

• Square holes: Measure the width and height of the hole with a ruler or caliper. Most standard boards have holes of 9x9 mm or 10x10 mm.
  Note: The holes must be at least 8x8 mm for our smart locking clips to fit through.
• Round holes (or mounting on wood): If your board has round holes, the hangers are mounted directly with screws – just like mounting them directly on a wooden board!

2. CC Distance (Center-to-Center)

Once you know the hole size and shape, you need to measure the distance between the holes. This ensures that the hanger fits into the board's grid. Here's the easiest way to do it:

1. Instead of guessing where the center of the hole is, you can measure from the top of the first hole to the top of the next hole. This gives exactly the same result as center-to-center.
2. Use a ruler or caliper for a precise measurement.

Typical standard CC distances:

• The distance is typically between 34 and 40 mm.

Do you have a board with custom measurements?

Because we 3D print all our products ourselves in Hjørring, we are not bound by standards! If you have a pegboard with unique dimensions, we will simply make the hangers to fit it perfectly.

Here's how: When you add an item to your cart, simply select "Other" under board type and enter your own measurements. We will then tailor the solution precisely to your needs – without any extra hassle.
